Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

At this time, Beba's Boutique only ships within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in locating your shipment.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  2. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery

Without photographic proof of damage, we may be unable to provide a refund, replacement, or store credit.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Beba's Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately. Address changes may only be possible if the order has not yet shipped.
