Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging, including tags, accessories, and included materials
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

If a return is requested due to an incorrect order placed by the customer or a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns submitted after the 30-day return window.


Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only.

At this time, we do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.


Return Shipping Label

Eligible returns may receive a prepaid return shipping label.

To return an item:

  1. Securely repack the item in its original packaging
  2. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
  3. Drop off the package at the appropriate shipping carrier location

If you cannot locate your return label, please contact our support team for assistance.

For customer-caused returns such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.


Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
